Netflix has announced that the animated series Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft will return for its second and final season on December 11, 2025. The series, which bridges the events of the Survivor Trilogy (2013–2018) to the classic games, follows Lara Croft as she embarks on globe-trotting adventures filled with mythology, artifacts, and danger.
In the upcoming season, Lara discovers a trail of stolen African Orisha masks and teams up with her best friend, Sam, to retrieve the artifacts. Their journey takes them around the world as they delve into the hidden secrets of Orisha history, confront a dangerous billionaire who seeks the masks, and uncover dark powers that may be divine.

Hayley Atwell returns to voice Lara Croft, with Karen Fukuhara as Sam, O-T Fagbenle as Eshu, Allen Maldonado as Zip, and Earl Baylon as Jonah Maiava. The series is developed by Tasha Huo, known for The Witcher: Blood Origin and Red Sonja, and produced by Legendary Television and Powerhouse Animation.
